NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

You will please take notice that the Glenwood Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at the Glenwood Township Hall, 19731 195th Ave, Glenwood, MN on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 6:00 pm, to consider the following public hearings(s):

A Conditional Use Permit to allow a contractor's office/yard with outdoor storage and aggregate stockpiles, with associated buildings and operations, subject to performance standards for site design, screening, lighting, access/haul route, dust track-out, and stormwater management. Applicant: Brent Beckwith, Bechwith Construction, Owner: Eagle Bank, Property address: Approximately 1,000 feet south of Park Road on County Road 21, Sec/Twp/Range: 170125-37, Parcel number(s): 09-0311-007
